B1 sheedfed gravure printing press
The B1 sheedfed gravure printing press is consisted of feeder, paper forwarder, paper guides, impression structure, inking and scraping structure, gravure cylinder, drying system, delivery and electrical control system etc. The press is characterized by easy operation, excellent stability and high productivity. Optional systems include length changeable drying channel, UV drying system and electro static ink system etc. The press can achieve thick ink layer, small color deviation and high gloss, suitable for anti-counterfeiting printing, pearl ink printing and pseud metal-etching printing and spot color solid printing in luxury package printing such as cigarette package, wine label and cosmetic package printing. It can achieve embossing, refraction vision effects by gravure matting ink printing, and also can combine with other printing techniques such as offset, screen, and flexo printing to achieve rich printing effects.
